Country Waffles Livermore has been part of the fabric of Livermore since 2008. The regulars who have been coming since the beginning, the families who bring their kids in on Saturday mornings, the seniors who have their usual table — that is what this restaurant is built on.

We inherited something special when we took over in 2025, and we do not take that lightly. Our commitment from day one was simple: keep everything you love, and bring our own genuine care to every single visit.

The menu is the same. The portions are the same. The familiar faces are still here. What has changed is the ownership — and with it, a renewed focus on making every guest feel at home.

We Are Srini and Maha

We are friends since college, Bay Area residents for decades, and the proud new owners of Country Waffles Livermore (Northfront Rd). We are not absentee owners. This is not a corporate-run location. We are here — in the restaurant, in the community, and invested in making every visit worth your time.

When you walk through our door, you are supporting a locally owned, locally operated business run by people who genuinely care. When something is not right, we want to know. When something makes your day, that is exactly why we do this.

Why did we take over this restaurant? Because we believe that a great breakfast has a way of making everything better. We wanted to be in the business of bringing people a moment of joy — and there is no better way to do that than over a hot plate of food and a fresh cup of coffee.
